The Pomodoro Technique

A time management method that uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

  1. Set a 25-minute timer and focus on your task
  2. When the timer rings, take a 5-minute break
  3. After 4 focus sessions, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes
  4. Repeat the process and track your progress
